In this step we’ll work together to clarify your aspirations and define what success looks like to you. This where you’ll be encouraged to dream big! Through guided exercises and conversations, you’ll identify what it is your working towards, and how you to dream big.

You’ll gain valuable insights and tools to take control of your life’s direction and achieve personal and professional growth. You’ll learn how to set meaningful goals, build confidence, and overcome limiting beliefs that may be holding you back.

I am a registered Social Worker, with a Masters of Social Work from the University of Toronto. As well, I have a Post Grad Health and Wellness Coaching Certificate from Humber College. Lastly, I am a student of life 🙂

Life coaching and therapy both offer valuable support, but they have different focuses and approaches. Therapy primarily addresses mental health, working through past traumas, emotional struggles, or specific diagnoses to promote healing and emotional well-being. While, Life coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused and goal-oriented. A life coach works with you to clarify your goals, overcome present-day obstacles, and create actionable plans for personal or professional growth.

By working with me, you’ll experience increased self-confidence, clearer direction in your personal and professional life, and improved goal-setting skills that help turn your vision into actionable steps. You’ll learn sustainable habits for continued success after the program ends.

A life coach helps you gain clarity on your aspirations, identify any obstacles, and create actionable steps to overcome them. By offering new perspectives and strategies, a coach can help you break through limiting beliefs and build confidence, making it easier to achieve personal and professional success. Through consistent check-ins, a coach keeps you on track and motivated, providing the encouragement and structure needed to turn your goals into lasting change.

I truly believe, developing clarity around who you are, and what you want to be, makes the human experience much easier. Developing a deep relationship with self is paramount.

Reflecting on how far you've come, as well as, how you'd like your journey to continue. 

However it can be very difficult to have deep reflection if you can't "hear yourself". This is why my colleague Karlene Grant and I, are hosting workshops on Self Esteem and Acceptance, as well as, Stress Management. Where we'll give you the tools to develop a deeper relationship with self.

We have entered the holiday season, which can ofte We have entered the holiday season, which can often be a time of reflection. We can find ourselves reflecting on who and what we have, as well as, where we are in life. While for most this season is a festive time of year, for many it can be very tough. 

One of the ways to beat the holiday blues, is to engage in a gratitude practice. Focus on what your grateful for, as well as how you can be of service to others, and this may help shift your mood.

Change can be hard. However, it becomes much easi Change can be hard.  However, it becomes much easier when we have a good team behind us. 

People who are there to encourage or support us. Assure us that things are going to be okay. But what happens when we are not being a team player? When we're not encouraging and supportive of self. 

Self acceptance is like the gas in our car. It helps fuel us, to get ahead. Things become a lot easier when there is one less thing to worry about. Where we can accept where we are, and look forward to what's to come.

Try focusing on self acceptance, and see if it helps along your journey.
